Safety Harbor Public Library summer reading programs for all ages begin on Monday, June 5 and run through Saturday, July 29. The theme this year, All Together Now, fosters a sense of kindness, unity, and friendship. Children, tweens, and teens are encouraged to keep reading over the summer by logging 24 hours of reading to prevent the ?summer slide?. Prizes are awarded for each milestone hour of reading reached. All participating youth are entered into grand prize drawings at the end of the program. Adults, 18 and up, are encouraged to help reach a community goal of 500 books read. Prizes are awarded every two weeks, with a chance to win a grand prize. Visit http://SafetyHarborLibrary.Beanstack.org for more information and to register for all of our summer reading programs. The library is located at 101 2nd Street North, Safety Harbor. Call 724-1525 x 4112 for more information and visit www.SafetyHarborLibrary.com for a complete listing of library programs.
