Board & Brush do-it-yourself workshops are perfect for team building or a fun holiday get-together! We have three options for private event pricing/capacity. For chamber members, we will waive the studio rental fee and reduce the workshop fees by 10%!
PYP Workshop (Pick Your Project):
- We have a capacity of 16.
- Each workshop is about 3 hours long.

- Cost: PYP workshops are $82/person for any project in the gallery.
Condensed Workshop:
- We have a capacity of 24.
- Each workshop is 2 - 2 1/2 hours long.

- Cost: Condensed workshops are $65/person for any project in the gallery.
- We have a capacity of 24.
- Each workshop is about 2 hours long.

- COST: Time Crunch workshops are $50/person for any project in the gallery.
- We charge a $75 studio fee which will be deducted from your deposit.
- Everyone can make the project of their choice; the whole group doesn't make the same thing!
- Everyone who attends your event MUST BE REGISTERED. We do not allow "helpers” or "watchers.”
- Once registration is complete, your guests will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from us. This way they know they have completed their registration.
- PAYMENT: If you would like to pay for the whole group at once, we can invoice you for the full payment after your event. Otherwise, each participant will pay for themselves during the registration process.
Next Steps:
We will collect a $150 deposit that reserves the space, via invoice. Your private sign-up page will then be created and shared with you so that your group may register. $75 of your deposit will get refunded to you the day after your event, minus any additional fees. Any late fees or unpaid tabs will be deducted from your deposit.
Food/Drink:
You are invited to bring whatever food you like into the workshop for your group. Please let us know if you plan on bringing food so we can have space set aside for you. Our liquor license does not allow you to bring your own alcohol; however, we offer a great selection of beer, wine, sangria and seltzer ($6 each). You may bring in your own non-alcoholic drinks if you choose, or we can provide soda and water ($2 each).
