About Us

I am Henri Bardhi, the attorney behind The Bardhi Firm, an estate planning and business law firm serving families and business owners across the Tampa Bay area. I hold an advanced law degree in taxation, and my focus is on protecting what you have built and putting a clear plan in place for the people who depend on you.

For families, I handle wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, as well as advanced tax planning, all structured to keep your family out of court and out of conflict and to put someone you trust in charge if you are ever unable to act. I also guide families through probate and trust administration after the loss of a loved one.

For business owners, I handle business structuring, company formation, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, contracts, leases, and the succession planning that decides what happens to your business if you step back, sell, or pass away.

You work with me directly from the first meeting through signing, and I am glad to serve clients in English and Albanian. Estate planning and business transactions are easy to put off, so an important part of my job is making the process approachable for you.
