About Us

Interim HealthCare of Clearwater provides RN-led dementia support, caregiver education, and trusted guidance for families navigating aging and memory loss. Led by Registered Nurse Rachel Radmacher, who brings 10 years of experience in dementia care, nursing home care, and hospice, and Co-Owner Jacob Broadway, our mission is to empower families with clarity, confidence, and compassionate resources.

We specialize in helping caregivers understand the new Medicare GUIDE Program, a groundbreaking model offering dementia education, care navigation, and up to 72 hours of free respite care for eligible families. Most caregivers don’t know these benefits exist — we make the process simple by offering step-by-step education, eligibility support, and community workshops to help families access the help they deserve.

Our team also provides guidance on aging safely at home, recognizing early signs of dementia, planning for future care needs, and understanding the local resources available throughout Clearwater, Safety Harbor, and the greater Tampa Bay area. We focus on practical solutions that help seniors stay independent while giving caregivers peace of mind.
