Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Klar and Klar Architects, a leading architecture and interior design firm in Pinellas County, is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, so a welcoming demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails; direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain and schedule office calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle filing, scanning, and organization of documents.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable with a polished front-desk presence.
- Prior administrative or reception experience preferred.
