We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to support our team by managing day-to-day office operations. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for patient care and a commitment to maintaining compliance, this may be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Handle incoming emails promptly and professionally
  • Take detailed messages and transfer calls as necessary
  • Gather and input prospective patient information
  • Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes
  • Collect patient payments and process insurance and record requests
  • Accurately enter patient and insurance payments into our system
  • Support data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed, and flexibility to work at Trinity and St. Petersburg locations as needed
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a focus on professionalism and patient care
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer systems, including online platforms
  • 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, call center, or office administrator role
  • 2 years of customer service experience

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
