Front Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to support our team by managing day-to-day office operations. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for patient care and a commitment to maintaining compliance, this may be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times
- Manage high-volume inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
- Handle incoming emails promptly and professionally
- Take detailed messages and transfer calls as necessary
- Gather and input prospective patient information
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes
- Collect patient payments and process insurance and record requests
- Accurately enter patient and insurance payments into our system
- Support data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required
- Available to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed, and flexibility to work at Trinity and St. Petersburg locations as needed
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a focus on professionalism and patient care
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer systems, including online platforms
- 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, call center, or office administrator role
- 2 years of customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
