Cookie Bar Crawl

Bar cookies are a potluck staple, perfect for the holidays, and are made from either a batter or stiff dough that’s poured or pressed into a baking pan or dish, baked, cooled, and then cut into bars, squares, or diamonds. They can be single-layered (like brownies) or multi-layered with cake-like or chewy textures.
