KMC Tampa Bay is delighted to hold a workshop on the traditional Buddhist art of torma making with special guest teacher\, Kelsang Gewang. Tormas are traditional custom-made food offerings that are offered to the Buddhas in various ritual practices and prayers. Representing an offering of great bliss\, tormas can range from very simple to exquisitely beautiful. The workshop will be informal\, practical and a lot of fun. It is suitable for everyone\, experienced practitioners or complete beginners. Everyone is welcome. Space is limited and PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to be sure we have appropriate supplies. A free lunch will be served.
