The presentation culminates with a seafood cooking demonstration\, preparing a healthy seafood entr e anyone can replicate in their own home in less than 10 minutes. Chef Warren is a full-time writer and chef. He studied at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts and is the author of award-winning cookbooks Table for Two   The Cookbook for Couples\, Table for Two   Back for Seconds\, and Cooking Outside the Lines   Musings of an Extemporaneous Chef. When he's not on the road\, Chef Warren resides in Sarasota\, Florida.
